Is there a minimum order value for online purchases?

The minimum order value for delivery is £50. If your basket total is below this amount, a £5 minimum basket charge will be automatically added at checkout to cover the delivery cost. The minimum order value is required to help us cover delivery costs and maintain competitive pricing. You’ll see a reminder during checkout if your order hasn’t met the minimum value.

Is Click & Collect available for orders?

Our Click & Collect service is available for orders placed before 7 pm. Orders made after this time will be scheduled for collection on the next available day. We aim to make pickup convenient and will send you a notification when your order is ready.

These displays allow you to order items directly from our online catalogue for collection in-store. This option ensures you don’t miss out on any of our products, even if they aren’t physically on display.

Returns & Refunds

What are "perishable" products?

Perishable products are items with a limited shelf life, such as dairy, meat, and fresh produce. They require refrigeration or special handling to maintain freshness.

What should I do if my order is missing items?

If you notice any missing items in your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We’ll help locate or replace the missing items promptly.

What is your return policy?
