Recipe: Zobo Mojito

A refreshing Caribbean-African twist on the classic mojito, using Cháps Premium Zobo.

Ingredients (1 Serving)

• 150ml Cháps Premium Zobo (chilled)

• 50ml White Rum (optional for mocktail: replace with soda water)

• Juice of ½ Lime

• 6–8 Fresh Mint Leaves

• 1 tsp Sugar (or honey)

• Ice Cubes

• Soda Water (splash, optional)

Instructions

1. In a tall glass, muddle the mint leaves, lime juice, and sugar.

2. Add ice cubes and pour in the white rum.

3. Top up with Cháps Premium Zobo.

4. Stir gently and garnish with lime wedges and a sprig of mint.

5. Add a splash of soda water if desired for extra fizz.
