- 150g paneer (cottage cheese), cut into 1″ rectangular pieces
- 1 medium capsicum, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 medium carrot, sliced
- 2 tbsp oil
- 450 ml water
Steps:
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the cut vegetables for 1 minute.
- Add water and the entire packet of Suhana Paneer Chilli Ready Mix, stir well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add paneer and cook for 2 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
