How to Prepare Suhana Chicken Chilli Dry
Ingredients Required:
- 250g boneless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 medium capsicum, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 packet of Suhana Chicken Chilli Dry Mix (50g)
- 1 green chilli, chopped
- 15g/2 tbsp fresh garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 cup / 200ml water
Preparation:
- In a bowl, mix the Suhana Chicken Chilli Dry Mix with 100ml of water to form a paste.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped garlic and green chilli for 1 minute.
- Add the chicken pieces and stir-fry for 1 minute. Cover and cook on low heat for 8-10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Add the diced capsicum and onion, and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the paste with the remaining 100ml of water and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the mixture coats the chicken.
- Serve hot with fried rice, noodles, or enjoy as a standalone starter.
